How Our Retreats Work
Gather 4–8 of your favourite friends or family members (aged 18+) & agree on a few possible dates for your retreat. Contact Sue to confirm accommodation, tutor availability, & travel options that fit your schedule. Choose from a range of activities or opt for a subject-specific retreat, such as singing. We stay in touch with you right up until your arrival and support you with every aspect of your travel planning. We advise on travel options, documentation, and packing, and remain available to answer any questions along the way.
Retreats 2026
Host your retreat over 3 to 7 nights for 4–8 guests plus a tutor, with catering including breakfast & dinner. Relax knowing you won’t need to shop, cook, or wash up — we take care of every detail so you can focus on learning, practising, reflecting, & resting.
We designed the beautiful Dortoir specifically for peaceful sleep & comfort. It provides everything you need for your stay, including an en-suite shower room & wet room stocked with toiletries, towels, a hairdryer, & a dry changing area.
Enjoy full access to the gardens & grounds at any time, day or night. When you’re ready to explore, our charming medieval riverside town sits just 2 km away.
Retreat Accommodation
We like to keep our pricing simple for the exclusive rental of the Dortoir and Rural Retreat facilities. There are no supplements, seasonal price hikes, small print, add-ons or extras! We do offer special deals for bookings of 7 nights or more & discount for repeat bookings.
Included in the price per night is accommodation, breakfast & dinner. We provide all day tea & coffee, toiletries, towels & anything else you may need for your stay. The only extras are any tutor fees & your travel & insurances.
